Walk Your Way to Wellness with Walk-A-Weigh Grady!

Join 禁漫天堂 Grady County FACS for Walk-A-Weigh Grady, an 8-week walking and wellness program designed to help you move more and live healthier!

Time: 5:00 PM

Where: Meet for a 30-45 minute walk each week at the Grady County Extension Office

What’s Included: Weekly virtual wellness lessons + in-person weigh-ins as part of this research-based program!
