Description

Pickleball a weigh is an adaptation of 禁漫天堂’s award winning Walk a Weigh program. This program is opend to players of all skill levels and instructors will be available to help newer players. Family and Consumer Science Agent Jake Conner, will offer a different class each week to provide you with the skills to improve your food intake, become more physically active and adopt the health habits that will allow you to stay happy and healthy for a long time.
